Profiles

All your settings can be grouped in a profile. You can have multiple profiles and easily switch between them from the floating right-side button on mobile, or left sidebar on desktop.

Any changes you make are automatically saved in the current active profile and all profiles are persisted in the DB linked to your access token.

Profiles are a great way to switch between different configs:

• one for your normal expenses: assistant uses your local currency
• one for your abroad vacation: assistant uses the Euro currency and automatically adds a tag like "vacation - cyprus 2025". This makes recording transactions in other currencies just as fast and you can also check your total spendings on that vacation via tag reports.
